Assistant Product Developer 

North Shore Location

Assist with the Management of our clients Accessories division, including Watches, Sunglasses, Cosmetics, Basic Fashion and Costume Jewelry

Assisting Product Manager communicating with Buyers

Close management of importing goods from factories to the shop floor; including sourcing, sample development, sample approval, bulk production, QC testing, timely shipment and delivery to store.

Assisting Product Manager with forecasting sales and maintaining stock levels across all lines.

Assisting with pricing strategies – negotiating prices with factories and proving competitive pricing to Customers whilst maintaining healthy margins.

Working along side Product Manager to ensure Sales targets are met monthly for all categories.

Monitoring Competitors through regular store visits

Skills required:

Attention to detail and strong analytical skills

Administration skills including strong spread sheeting knowledge

Good communication and negotiation skills

Must have an eye for Product, to assist Product manager with product ranging; planogram set ups.

We are seeking an outstanding Product Development Coordinator to join the design team of a ‘high end’ women’s fashion brand. Ideally you will have 2 to 3 years of industry experience under your belt already and you are now seeking the next step in your fashion career.

This role is the ‘glue’ that holds all areas of the team together and ensures everything runs smoothly and on time.

You must have trained in fashion and have a strong creative flair, but above, all be motivated, highly driven and have tons of initiative, demonstrating a determination for accuracy and commitment to high quality.  This role will see you reporting to the Senior Designer, working as part of a collaborative design team in the creation of seasonal womenswear collections.

A sound understanding of the production process is a MUST, along with the ability to run a tight critical path where you will be required to juggle lots of balls at any one time without dropping any.

We are seeking a fabulous senior level Garment tech to join this dynamic and very busy team.  If you have strong experience working in offshore garment manufacturing dealing directly with factories on women’s fashion, then this is the new and exciting opportunity you have been seeking!

You MUST have experience working as a Garment Tech!

Offshore Production Coordinator

We are seeking an Intermediate level Offshore Production coordinator to join this dynamic ‘designer brand’ womenswear team.  You MUST have 2 years’ experience in a similar offshore production coordinator position. This role will see you working on branded womenswear product, covering all aspects of offshore production in China, to working on costings, placing the orders, maintaining relationships with the suppliers to ensuring deliveries are on time.

It is essential that you have offshore production experience and can do everything from keeping detailed critical paths to communicating with the design team.  You will also on occasional, be required to make spec alterations so a technical understanding is also a must.

The right candidate for this role must have excellent communication skills, both written and oral, be highly organised with strong time management skills, excellent attention to detail and tons of initiative.  This is a rare opportunity to get in with a highly sort after design team.

Sales & Operations Manager - Uniforms / Corporate Apparel

A unique opportunity now exists for a strong Operations focused candidate who also loves building strong relationships and engaging in Sales with corporate clients.

Overseeing and managing all aspects of the uniform and corporate apparel operation for this family owned and run business, you will be responsible for dealing directly with corporate clients, managing sales and implementing their requirements, planning and forecasting for your clients needs, right through to also attending to the warehousing aspect of the operation - ensuring the flawless execution of the clients needs are met.

This is a senior level and varied role, which will see you involved in all areas of the Corporate apparel division.

Excellent salary of $70,000 to $80,000 for someone with proven experience in the required areas.  Position available for an immediate start.
