Offshore Production Coordinator

We are seeking an Intermediate level Offshore Production coordinator to join this dynamic ‘designer brand’ womenswear team.  You MUST have 2 years’ experience in a similar offshore production coordinator position. This role will see you working on branded womenswear product, covering all aspects of offshore production in China, to working on costings, placing the orders, maintaining relationships with the suppliers to ensuring deliveries are on time.

It is essential that you have offshore production experience and can do everything from keeping detailed critical paths to communicating with the design team.  You will also on occasional, be required to make spec alterations so a technical understanding is also a must.

The right candidate for this role must have excellent communication skills, both written and oral, be highly organised with strong time management skills, excellent attention to detail and tons of initiative.  This is a rare opportunity to get in with a highly sort after design team.

Customer Services / Sales Support - Part time

We are always looking for great roles for those seeking part-time or flexible hours.  Finally - we have something that will tick all of your boxes.  And it's working for a fantastic brand, that run a well organised ship.  Due to growth they need someone who can take care of all the customer service / sales support details freeing up the rest of the team so that they can concentrate on their own day to day duties.  This role offers huge variety around the seasonal nature of the fashion industry.

A can-do attitude combined with a pro-active approach is what we are looking for - someone who offers their help rather than waiting to be asked to do something.

The role will ideally be 6 hours per day, five days per week, with longer hours during their seasonal peaks, mid July -Sept and mid January - March.  Other times in the year, you may be able to work shorter hours if that suits you.  There's certainly room for flexibility to work around your other commitments.

Communications / Marketing / Brand Management

An exciting opportunity to take ownership of the communications, marketing, and brand management of this well established, successful, fast growing commercial fashion brand.  Working closely with the design and sales team, and reporting to the Directors you will continue to grow this brand through digital marketing and PR, forging strong relationships with their Independent retailers. You will also be required to perform a supporting role in the showroom during the indent selling season.

We are seeking a highly creative individual (with solid skills in the Adobe suite – Photoshop, illustrator & InDesign) who is capable of driving this area of the business, setting a strategy in consultation with the business owners, then working autonomously, pulling in resources as needed from both internal and external sources.  Our client values people who use their initiative and resourcefulness to take ownership and drive their area of the business, who don’t need or want to be spoon fed.  This is not a junior role, however if you have proven your ability within a short period of time we would like to talk with you.  There may be flexibility of hours to suit a more experienced candidate who needs to work around other commitments.  Whilst experience in the fashion industry would be ideal, our client will also consider the right individuals from other creative sectors – beauty, interiors etc.  A full job description is available but essentially the role will cover:

  • External marketing – Facebook and Instagram – monthly calendar and planning, analytics, reach, boosting, analysis of marketing spend, EDM’s to consumer database
  • Website updates (no e-commerce platform)
  • Internal marketing – creating seasonal collateral, sending dropbox links to retailers, Printing of showcards, look books etc
  • Retailers – planning (and participating in) seasonal events and giveaways (gifts with purchase, collaborations)
  • Meetings with stylists, editors, external PR and press
  • Creating opportunities for collaborations with fashion bloggers and influencers
  • Assisting with preparation for seasonal range releases, including sales material and showroom support during the indent selling season
  • Sales presentations to smaller accounts as a support role to the sales team
  • Customer service support as required
